Bottom of a legal document in Arabic script. Dated: Dhū l-Qaʿda 537 = May/June 1143 CE. It seems certifying a loan or payment of 300 dinars (the full sum is named in the witness statements; half the sum is named in the first preserved line of the document). Also mentions Upper Egypt (al-Ṣaʿīd). Needs further examination.
