Recto: Document in Arabic script, probably legal. Mentions the district known as al-Ḥammūdiyya (or al-Maḥmūdiyya) in the [al-Buḥayriyya(?)] region. Mentions the date Jumādā II 520 AH = June/July 1126 CE. Verso: Seems to be a different document in Arabic script, mentioning someone's death.
