Informal business note addressed to Abū l-Faraj Yeshuʿa. In Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: likely 11th century. The sender is on board a boat and fears that it well set sail before urgent business can be completed. Asks the addressee to pay a sum of money to Mardūkh. The addressee's nephew (son of his sister) came and said something came out short in the exchange. On verso mentions the provinces (al-Rīf). (Information in part from CUDL)
