Tax receipt issued to Abū l-Ḥasan b. Wahb for his ḍamān on dyeing in Madīnat al-Fayyūm. Dated: Middle of Dhū l-Qaʿda 403. Measurements: 13 × 8 cm. Verso is blank. Written by the jahbadh Mīkhāʾīl b. ʿAbd al-Masīḥ. Amount: one-half plus one-quarter dīnār (Khan read two, one-half, one-quarter and one-sixth).

- A valid receipt has been granted to ʾAbū al-Ḥasan ibn Wahb for the sum owed through his standing surety for the estates in the town of al-Fayyūm
- for the year four-hundred and three, under the supervision of the auspicious, rightly-guided judge, Ṯiqat al-Mulk
- Makīn al-Dawla wa-ʾAmīnuhā, the protégé of the commander of the faithful, ʾAbū al-Ḥasan ʿAli ibn Bahār,
- with ʾAbū al-Sarī Theodor ibn Yuḥannis acting as accountant.
- Half of this: One, a quarter and a sixth. Its amount: Two, a half, a quarter and a sixth.
- Written by Mīḵāʾīl ibn ʿAbd al-Masīḥ, the cashier. Valid. The middle of Ḏū al-Qaʿda
