Concerning the sender's efforts to 'liberate' an estate/inheritance from the diwan and the ingratitude of the people for his benefactions. Excerpts: אלא כיר פי כל חרכה תחרכתהא בסבבהם או מעהם או . . . ואנמא אלקום למא עאמלתהם //באלאחסאן// עאמלוא בכלאפה ולמא תכלצת אלתרכה מן אלדיואן אנתטר אלממלוך אן יחצר אחד מנהם אליה ויסלם שי ממא ענדהם מן אלתרכה או גיר דלך פלם . . . . מולאנא ב[ל] אמתעט לדלך וחצל מן דלך . . . .
