Looks like a deed of acknowledgment (iqrār). The muqirr: Shujāʿ al-Dawla Ṭalā'iʿ b. [???]. Needs examination.
, left half only, narrow folds like a letter, mentioning quantities of something and a certain Nūr al-Dīn, so maybe Ayyubid? Item 16 in DPUL.
Legal document: acknowledgment (iqrār) in the name of Zayn al-Dīn Shaʿbān b. something, with two witnesses' signatures, late Mamluk or early Ottoman?
Legal document: testimony in the name of Shams al-Dīn Muḥammad. Four signatures, one in Kufic script (!).

The fourth page is in Arabic script and seems to be discussing the moon ([...] mubārak al-qamr) and the constellations (e.g. sarṭān).

Most of it seems to be prayers; mentions ʿAlī b. Abī Ṭālib. Might be documentary, like the beginning of a majlis, but needs further examination.
Ends with a ḥamdala and ṣalwala, and Amīr al-Muʾminīn, perhaps a rāʾy clause afterward. Difficult handwriting; needs examination.

Looks like the handwriting of the judge Shemuel b. Saadya. Alludes to a verse of poetry and to the words of King Solomon and to "responding to the likes of you."
Probably accounts, possibly fiscal/state. Might mention ʿAbd al-Ṣamad. Reused for a Hebrew literary text. (Information from CUDL)
The bride is named (Sitt al-)Khawāt. The scribe uses the unusual spelling דנאן for דנן, which may help in finding a join.
