Letter from Shelomo b. Semah of Ramla to Efrayim b. Shemarya written in his own hand. Dating: ca. 1030 CE (per Gil) and ca. 1007–1055 CE, based on the years when Efrayim b. Shemarya was active. Mentions someone called Faraj b. ʿAlī, who may have been persecuted by merchants (mā jarā ʿalayhi min al-shidda... dhālika min al-tujjār...).
