  2. וקביל עלוהי מר [ור] ששון הלוי אבוהא דכלתא דיהיב לה לברתיה דא
  3. רביע החצר הגדולה [שה]יא שלו ושל אחיו שיבא חצי החלק שלו מתנה
  4. גמורה במעמד הקידושין ועיילתה כלתא דא לבעלה דנא עם נדוניא
  5. דא וזו המתנה שלרביע חצר זו היתה על תנאי מעכשו ולאחר מית[ה]
  6. כל זמן שאין ר' ששון דנא נצרך למכרו להתפרנס ממנו אבל אם
  7. הוא טוען שהוא צריך למכרו להתפרנס ממנו יהיה נאמן בדיב[ורו]
  8. זה כשני עדים כשרים בלא שיביא שום ראיה על זה בעולם  אפרים
