Description
Accounts in an unusual mixture of Ladino, Judaeo-Arabic, and a couple words of Hebrew. One of the entries is "פי אלמנדולינא" perhaps referring to a mandolin[?] stringed instrument (the paleography seems too early for this to possible). Other instances of "מנדו" (ke mi mando, ll. 1-2) suggest that "פי אלמנדולינא" is instead an idiosyncratic combination of Ladino and Judaeo-Arabic, translating roughly as "in what was sent to us."
