Description

Legal document concerning the long dispute between Avraham b. Shemual al-Andalusi and the gaurdians who executed the will of his father - Yosef b. Binyamin and Yefet b. Tuvia. The episode is discussed at length by Elinoar Bareket, and she supplies transcription and translation to Hebrew. In this document accusations are made regarding 'appeals in the synagogue (istighāt) and appeals to Muslim courts.
