Description

Recto: Left side of a letter addressed to a notable certifying the kashrut of the large molds (qawālib kibār) of כיאסי cheese and rennets (manāfīḥ) in the possession of Binyamin b. Moshe and Natan b. Shemarya. The name Menashshe b. Yiṣḥaq also appears in the last line. (Information in part from Goitein's index card.)
