Description

Recto: Legal testimony. In the hand of Efrayim b. Shemarya. Fragment (right side). The witnesses report that on Sunday, they saw a government employee (khādim min khadam[at] al-malkhut) with a number of policemen (wa-maʿahū ʿidda min al-rajjāla). The continuation is extremely damaged. Refers to "the inhabitants of this [...]" and a woman [...] bt. Ismāʿīl. In the margin might refer to someone being beaten (wa-ḍuriba). On verso there is a legal document in Arabic script (see separate record).
