- R. Yehoshuʿa, and Marinus the elder of the Jews,
- and all those who were with them heard this, they took them (i.e., Yeshu and Yoḥanan),
- and shackled them in chains, and brought them
- to Tiberias. And they set up a tree for Yoḥanan

- Elijah, and he said words of a spell, and
