  2. את היקרה וצנועה דהות מתרכתא מן קדמת דנא מרת שרה מב׳׳ת 
  3. המ׳ דוד רושו נ׳׳ע שידוכין גמורים כדמ׳׳ו ואלו התנאים שביניהם 
  4. נתחייבת היקרה הנז׳ להכניס עמה לזמן הנישואין שלשה חליפות
  5. שמלות ושימושי ערש שלם בלא נמוסייה [[ובת]] ובתו׳ קונטאנ[טי]
