  7. that the bearer of this has with him. [Sta]nd
  8. by [him and a]ssist him and release them
  9. to him [imm]ediately, and do not make it neccesary [for us]
  10. to reprove you. Appear with [him]
  11. at once, with the money in hand.
  12. Beware of being disobedient.
  13. May God the ex(alted) be [your succor]
  14. and may He watch over you. And peace.
