Legal document. Location: al-Maḥalla. Dated: 18 Kislev 1[4]70 Seleucid = 10 November 1158 CE. The three witnesses (מקבלי עדות) include the cantor Sheʾerit b. Shemarya; Abū l-Karam b. ʿOvadya; and Abū l-ʿAlāʾ. The case involves someone named Muslim/Musallam. At the bottom there is Shemarya ha-Kohen b. P[...]. (Information in part from CUDL.)
