Description

Letter fragment in Judaeo-Arabic. Concerning the kashrut of cheese it seems purchased by Abū Naṣr b. Hārūn. The distinguished addressee is asked to help, presumably by certifying the kashrut of the cheese. The sender offers to do any favors and notes that the letter was 'written on the road.' Reused between the lines and on verso for a literary text quoting rabbinic works.
