Description

State document in Arabic, two lines are visible. Fatimid-era. There is also a remnant of an Arabic text on recto mentioning "Isrāʾīl ʿalayhi al-salām," probably unrelated. This is probably the end of T-S Ar.38.128 + T-S Ar.42.195 (PGPID 39060) (indirect join). Requires further examination.
