Description

Fragment from the top of a Judaeo-Arabic copy of a decree (manshūr) of the caliph al-Ḥākim bi-Amr Allāh, it seems his appointment of a certain Muṭahhar to the governorship of Damascus. Verso has scattered Arabic script.
