Description

Verso, with address on recto (original use): Letter addressed to Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuʾel. NB: The joins were made by Moshe Yagur. Several additional fragments were previously listed on PGP as belonging to this join: ENA NS 77.7 and ENA NS 77.16–18. From the pencil writing on the fragments themselves, it seems that their shelfmarks changed over time. The current ENA NS 77.168 consists of three fragments (evidently joined by someone working with the JTS collection) previously named ENA NS 77.7, ENA NS 77.16, and ENA NS 77.17. The current ENA NS 77.167 was previously named ENA NS 77.18. It seems that these old shelfmarks were reassigned to new fragments, so the current fragments named ENA NS 77.7 and ENA NS 77.16–18 are unrelated to this document.
