الوصف

Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Fragment (left side only). Location: Fustat. Dating: ca. 1127–38 CE. In which Abū Zikrī b. Yosef ha-Kohen and the ḥaver Berakhot b. Aharon ha-Kohen ha-Jalīlī form a partnership agreement, in which Berakhot will act as an agent and take merchandise to Damascus. Signed by Natan b. Shemuel he-Ḥaver, and validated by […] b. Natan he-Ḥaver, Ḥalfon b. Yosef ha-Kohen, Natan b. Shemuel, Avraham b. Shemaʿya and Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. The Abū Zikrī in this document may be identical with the Abū Zikrī Yehuda b.
