  20. a sofa for the groom—50 din., a pair of [cu]rtains—10 din., a table and all that goes with it—six and one third dinars. The total of that [which] she brought in from the house of her fathers is 774 d[inars].  
  21. And they agreed and fixed between themselves the court stipulations. And with this understanding, the two sides—the groom and the bride [and age]nt—consented. And these court stipulations are as the law of Mo[ses and the Jews]:  
  22. If | th[is Mevasser, the groom, should hate] lady ʿAzīza, his wife, and [desire] | to [separate from her ..., he will pay her all that is written and] specified in this marriage contract | [... ]  
  23. [and if] this [ʿAzīza, the bride, should hate th]is Mevasser, her husband, and not desir[e his partnership, she will lose ...] | and will take nothing ex[cept what she brought in]  
  24. from the house of her] father[s]; and she will go out by the authorization of the court and with [the] co[nsent of our lords the sages... . "If you are taken captive..., I will ransom you ...]  
  25. [And I will take] you [back] as my wife, as at first. And I (will) have no right to wr|[ong you concerning all of this." And i]f this [Mevasser] goes [to his eternal home before this ʿAzīza, "male children that I shall]  
  26. [have from] you (they) shall inherit your ketubba money beyond [their] sha|[re with their <ma]le> [siblings], which I may have from [another] wife. [And female children ... shall dwell in my house and be supported]  
  27. from my possessions until they are married to Jewish men. And you sh|[all dwell in my house and shall] be nourished and clothed from my es[tate] for [the duration of your widowhood. And if you choose to be married to]  
  28. another [man], you shall have the right to collect your ketubba money | [from my heirs....] And they (shall) have no right to wrong yo[u concerning all of this... .]  
  29. All property that I own and that I shall acquire, whether silver or go|[ld, whether real es]tate or movables, properties which have liability and which do not have liability, that which is called property]  
  30. and that which is not called property, all of them will be guaranties and will be pled|ged for pa[yment] of this marriage contract." This marriage contract] was written | [... with the consent of this Mevasser, the groom,]

  32. We performed a qinyan with Mevasser, the groom, for all that is written and specified | in this deed with an implement suitable for doing so. [This marriage contract] is sound, prop[er, and established wherever it is produced]
