الوصف

Recto is Hebrew piyyuṭ. Verso is headed "qiddush tarḥīm for Avraham ha-Levi b. Yefet ha-Mumḥe." Possibly the same person as in T-S 16.170 (PGPID 3430), though he isn't described as a Levi in that document.
