Recto: beginning of Maimonides’ Hilkhot Yesode ha-Tora with divisions of the subjects marked by Hebrew letters in larger script. Verso: an account from Qalyūb mentioning cooked food for 2.5 dirhams and alcoholic drinks (or more likely sugar, סכר rather than שכר) for 1 dirham. In the margins of recto and verso there are jottings, mostly made up of separate letters of different sizes. (Information mainly from CUDL.)
