(Information from Mediterranean Society, II, p. 463, and from Amir Ashur; cf. T-S Misc.8.18, written in a similar hand and layout.) Dating: 13th century

May the cantor AbuʾI-Riḍā, (may your) R(ock) p(rotect you), kindly arrange a collection for the bearer for two chickens and bread on Thursday morning in the synagogue, when the holy Torah is taken out. He is poor, old, and sick, and lacks strength And peace.
