Accounts in Judaeo-Arabic. Late. For the [congregation of the] Yerushalmim(?). An alternative reading for the heading of this fragment is that the funds pertain to an individual Avraham Yerushalmī rather than a congregation. The words before "ירושאלמי" are possibly "ה׳׳ר אברהם" and the ligature immediately following "ירושאלמי" may in fact be "פי". This latter reading of "פי" seems feasible based on its parallel appearances in the first line of accounts and when compared to clearer instances of the letter mem-sofit in the second line of accounts. Further examination required.
