الوصف

Torn fragment of fiscal accounts, probably. Mentions either "dyeing" (al-ṣibāgh) or "the villages" (al-ḍiyāʿ), likely the latter, "fī bāb rasm al-ḍiyāʿ" and a sum of 506 dinars that the sender collected from the peasants (muzāriʿūn). This has been torn and reused for a brief informal letter in Arabic script (see separate record). On verso there is piyyut.
