الوصف

Verso: three unrelated documents glued together for the sake of the Hebrew reuse on recto (a dirge with condolences for Saʿadya and Avraham). From top to bottom: (1) Fragment of a letter in Arabic script involving sums of money and (tax?) receipts: wa-l-wuṣūlāt... wa-mablaghuhu.... Needs further examination. (2) Strip from the left side of a letter in Judaeo-Arabic addressed to a notable, mentioning al-shaykh al-Makīn, a known figure from Avraham Maimonides's circle. Refers also to the sender's distress on behalf of Sālim al-Aʿmā ("the Blind"). Asks for help. (3) Fragment from the top of a letter in Hebrew and Judaeo-Arabic addressed to a notable.
