The addressee is to go to a certain zāwiya (Sufi lodge? or simply corner?) and ask for al-Ḥājj Mukhtār al-K[...] (لي والله لاجتهد . . . [ان] شا الله يخلصك ويساعدك في . . . الخلاص انشا الله وتروح الى زاوية صوا . . . وتستصي على الحاج مختار الكـ . . . . الـ . . .). ASE
