  3. وجواز امره وهو طائع غير مكره ولا مجبر ولا مـ[ـضطهد ]
  4. معروفة بالدويرة والاخرى بدار البقر [                         ]
  5. صحيحا وحقا واجبا فى يده واحداهما وهى ا[لـ                ]
  6. التحبيس وهما بفسطـــــــــــاط [ مصر                         ]
  7. بكنيسة ميكائيل على الطريق المسلوك الى راشدة والى [    ]
  8. من اتصل من راشدة وجنان الامير تميم بن بو خلف [      ا]لمذكـ[ـورة      ويحيط]
  9. بالساحة المبدى بذكرها فيه حدود اربعة الحـ[ـد الاول وهو القبلى بعضه ] 
  10. ينتهى الى كنيسة ميكائيل وبعض الى الساحة الـ[         ]
  11. الحد الثانى وهو البحرى [ ينتهى الى                           ]
  12. منها ونهايته الى الكنيسة وهو الموضع ا[لذى                ]

  2. This is what [ … ] bestowed and granted as a pious foundation  [ …]  

  3. his actions being legal, while acting willingly, not forced, coerced or constrained  [ … ]  

  4. known as the little house and the other as the cattle house [ … ]  

  5. as a valid [asset] and a right with legal force in his possession. One of them, this  being [ … ]  

  6. making a pious foundation, in Fusṭāṭ [-Miṣr … ]

  7. the church of St. Michael, on the road leading to Rāshida and to [ … ]  

  8. anyone arriving from Rāshida and the aforementioned gardens of the amīr Tamīm  ibn Bū Khalaf [ ... ]  

  9. four boundaries [surround] the aforementioned square. [The first boundary, which  is the southern, part of it]  

  10. extends to the church of St. Michael and part to the square .. [ … ]  

  11. The second boundary, which is the northern, [extends to  … ]

  12. from it, and it extends to the church, this being the place that [ …  ]
