1. In the name of God, the merciful, the compassionate.

2. Validated for the ḍāmin of Dhāt al-Ṣafā. Abū l-Ḥasan b. Wahb the master dyer has paid for it (on his behalf) 

3. for the year four hundred two under the supervision of the auspicious, rightly-guided qāḍī Thiqat al-Mulk Makīn al-Dawla 

4. wa-Amīnuhā, protégé of the Commander of the Faithful, Abū l-Ḥasan ʿAlī b. Nahār and (in) the presence of the fiduciary qāḍī 

5. Abū ʿAlī l-Ḥasan b. Yaḥyā b. Nahār, his deputy, and (under) the tax accounting of the elder

6.  Sadīd al-Dawla Abū l-Faraj ʿAbd al-Masīḥ b. Qūrīl.

7. for the year four-hundred and two, under the supervision of the auspicious, rightly-guided judge, Ṯiqat al-Mulk Makīn al-Dawla 
8. wa-ʾAmīnuha, the protégé of the commander of the faithful, ʾAbū al-Ḥasan ʿAlī ibn Bahār, and in the presence of the trusted judge 
9. ʾAbū ʿAlī al-Ḥasan ibn Yaḥyā ibn Bahār, his deputy, with the elder
10. Sadīd al-Dawla ʾAbū al-Faraj ʿAbd al-Masīḥ ibn Qūrīl acting as accountant.
