الوصف
Petition to a higher official from a military general or army veteran based on "ṣibyān al-khāṣṣ". The petitioner says he comes from the class of military generals known for their bravery, zeal in service, and horsemanship. He asks for a horse: "aḥḍur taḥtahu faras mulkihi wa-huwa ḍaʿīf nāqiṣ al-ḥāl," "yaḥmiluhu ʿalā faras," with the taqbīl formula "wa-huwa yujaddid taqbīl al-arḍ wa-yasʾal al-inʿām" - "the slave renews the kissing of the ground" (a variant of this formula also appears in T-S Ar. 39.487).
