Enslaved Byzantine woman (אלאדומיה) who was possibly manumitted in the mid-eleventh century CE by Yosef b. Bishr Ibn Qurayṭa, whom he had previously received in a gift deed from Bahiyya bt. Yūsuf Ibn ʿAwkal–both documents are drafts. (Information from PGP and Craig Perry, Slavery and the Jews of Medieval Egypt, Appendices 1-2, no. 67, no. 28.)
