Fragment from the middle of a legal document. In Hebrew. Hand of Yefet b. David b. Shekhanya? Concerning an inheritance and its division. Dating: one of the stipulations mentions a period of 3 years beginning in 1356 Seleucid = 1044/45 CE. One of the parties (the mother according to Y. David in his dissertation) agrees to support her son Abū Naṣr and not to ask for for support from the father. If she will fail to do so she will have to pay 15 dinars to the Synagogue of the Jerusalemites. On verso there are a few faded words, probably from a piyyuṭ.
