Note from the teacher Yefet b. Yosef the teacher to Abū Zikrī the physician, the son of Eliyyahu the judge apparently asking him to send the tutty (zinc oxide for ophthalmic use) that he had promised the writer before his departure (אמא תפצלת באלדי אועדת והי אלראיחה(?) אלתותיה אלדי טלבתהא מן חצרתך יום אן כרגת ודעת אלמולא פאללה תע יגמע אלשמל בכם קריב ואלסלאם עלי גמיע).
