תיאור

State document, in Arabic script. Mentions "ḥaḍrat amīr al-muʾminīn", and a person named Manṣūr, or perhaps that is the reference to the caliph himself. The entire three, and half lines seem like a conversation describing the affairs of Manṣūr in an unusual tone for a state document. Could probably just be a literary text in a chancery script. "فقال مظلوم امير المؤمنين فقال المنصور من ظلمك......" Needs examination.
