Fol. 2v: Possibly state correspondence, possibly a draft. Wide space between the lines. The same scribe reused verso of each fragment for Hebrew poetry. Mentions "dīwān" a few times, probably fiscal related. A few phrases read as, "wa-yaktub ilā al-dīwān bi-mā yaḥtāju ilā ʿilmihi, ʿalayhi al-dīwān fī-mā yuṭlaq li-man yastabāna al-aʿmāl li l-khidma". Needs examination.
