Letter, probably, though the layout is literary. Might be a literary text conveying the text of a letter. The addressee is Yaʿqūb ("yā muʿallim Yaʿqūb"). In Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: likely 15th century, based on the mention of the nuṣf fiḍḍa (first coined in 1415). Containing a very rich story of (marital?) disputes, illnesses, and medical treatment.
