תיאור

A few words from a decree, probably Fatimid. There are multiple notes underneath in different hands. The one on the left says "let it be copied in the Dīwān al-Mufrad lil-Iqṭāʿāt al-Murtajiʿa in shāʾa llāh." Underneath, "It was copied, praise be to God alone." The one of the right has a similar layout; maybe similarly instructions to copy it, for a different dīwān, and confirmation that it was copied. Al-Ḥakīm established an office called dīwān al-mufrad for the administration of estates, but later came to be known as dīwān al-murtajʿā; see Michael Brett, Fatimid Empire (Edinburgh:2017), 177.
