Literary text, in Arabic script. Fragment from a work of logic (manṭiq), specifically a translation or adapted version of Aristotle's analytics. Verso of the fragment is probably the title verso page of the work and mentions the title of the work, it's translator and other details.ِ A probable reading of the verso is as follows - "من كتب المنطق وهو المعروف بانالوطيقا .بتعشير(؟) ثامسطيس ورسالته العمودة(؟) قبل الكتاب ترجمة ابي عثمن سعيد بن يعقوب الدمشقي [يوسـ]ـف بن عبد الله المتطبب". (YU,ASE).
