Draft of a legal declaration. Dated Tuesday the 28th of Tevet, but the year has been left blank. The parties are known from other documents dating to the early 13th century. The handwriting might be that of Shelomo b. Eliyyahu. Stating that "I and Makārim b. Abū l-Riḍā al-Simsār" witnessed for al-Shaykh al-Asʿad b. Munajjā al-ʿAṭṭār something to do with the deed which he had against Ibn al-ʿAjamī al-Ṣāʾigh for a sum of 345 nuqra dirhams. Also mentions Ibn al-ʿAnbarī al-Levi.
