Upper part of a petition/letter in Arabic from Yaḥyā b. Yusuf, asking the recipient to fulfill the request of "mawlay al-qāʾid" and to send a messenger. Contains the components of a Fatimid petition. Reused on recto for the Torah commentary of Shemuel b. Hofni Ga'on. ASE/YU.
