Strip from the right part of a letter written by Yefet b. Menashshe to his brother Halfon dealing with some business issues. One of the items is כשנאש who might be the Persian כשנה (see Dozy, Supplement, II, p. 473) which referred to mangold or a certain type of mushroom. AA
