Letter fragment. In Judaeo-Arabic. Resembles the hand of one of the 13th-century Mosul Nasis (cf. T-S 12.654 and the related fragmented edited by Gil). Mentions [...] ha-Dayyan b. al-Neʾeman (ZL). It is difficult to make sense of the rest, but there is some conflict, an insult (נקצה וגהלה ועדם . . . ), and some learned quotations.
