Petition about a commercial dispute. In Arabic script. A party or an authority named al-Ṭūsī is mentioned twice. It seems that the petitioner received an item from somebody for his father, so he brought it to his father's shop. The father suddenly died, and the merchants along with the inspectors (nāẓirīn, possibly referring to the supervisors of the inheritance bureau, cf. T-S K25.240.41 and T-S K25.240.42) sealed up the shop in the presence of two witnesses in order for accounts to be settled. The seal was later removed and the store was emptied out. It seems that the petitioner has been accused (and maybe arrested) due to a claim related to the item that he received that was worth 17 1/4 dinars. He insists he is innocent and asks for "justice and fairness" from the addressee and "an investigation of what I have described." Reused on verso for Hebrew seliḥot.

ا]لعبد الى الطوسي مع الرجل المذكور فدفع اليه شي حمله عنده الى والده ولم يعلم ما هو فجا به

الختم عن الحانوت واخرج ما فيه التي تجب احتياط(؟) الشاهدان عليه بمحضر والامير وكان الطوسي قد جعله .[
