Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (1100–38). Fragment (upper right piece). In Judaeo-Arabic. The parties are Abū Isḥāq A[vraham?] b. Yeshuʿa and probably Abū ʿAlī Yefet b. Moshe. (The former may be identical with Abū Isḥāq Avraham b. Yeshuʿa Ibn Nissim from Bodl. MS heb. c 28/4 (PGPID 6419).) Concerning an interpersonal conflict: "the rudeness and the insults and the foolishness.... which should not be mentioned due to its ugliness and enormity...." Someone demanded from someone else that they move out of the house. The court might effect a reconciliation between the two, but too much of the document is missing. On verso there are Greek/Coptic numerals.
