Recto: Commercial settlement (peshara), a draft, involving Yosef b. Sedaqa and Nissim - with names of the witnesses (not signatures): Avraham b. Ḥalfon, Shemuel b. Aharon and Avraham b. Moshe. Verso: Agency appointment, also containing terminology of a quittance. Dating: ca. 1082–94 CE (based on dating of ENA 3765.2). Mentioning Yefet and his wife Khibāʾ (כבא) (bt. Menashshe). Potentially a draft of ENA 3765.2 (PGPID 34325); same hand, same parties, and potentially the same 15 dinars (beginning of l. 3). This is written between the lines of an earlier Arabic-script document (see separate record).
