Enslaved woman who was manumitted in Cairo on 5 Kislev 14[.]8 Seleucid, perhaps 14[7]8 Seleucid = 1166/67 CE or one of the adjacent decades. The formerly enslaved woman's name clearly starts with the letters תו but the rest of the orthography is unclear.
