Shipowner on the Indian Ocean route not identified as nākhudā. His ships sailed the Aden/Zabīd-Malabar (Dahbattan) route. His ship foundered off the coast of Abyan, and he replaced it with a new ship, which then foundered off the coast of Zabīd. Goods on his ship were sent with the nākhudā Jawhar al-Muqaddamī (II, 29, margin, verso, l. 5) or Yosef/Yūsuf (III, 10, ll. 16–17) (Information from Goitein and Friedman, India Traders, 147)
