Dammūhī; David Jabbān; Raḥamim; Yūnus; al-Qāʾid; ʿAbd Allāh; Ibn al-Ghazzawī; ʿAṭiyya. On verso there is a grocery list mentioning items such as meat, flour, firewood, and sanbūsak (here spelled shanbūshak). This is a filled pastry made with thin sheets of dough, ancestor of the börek (and cognate of "samosa"); see Nawal Nasrallah, Treasure Trove of Benefits, 95.
